EasyCap help needed DRIVER NOT WORKING? - easycap driver

OK, I just changed my andycap today. I need help setting up. I am not referring to all the videos from YouTube and video-or any art, the problem is that the driver will not read what I have installed more than four times. It cleared my registry to delete old files. I do not want the 3rd Driver, because I have used and do not work.
