My physician says he's concerned about my weight loss, yet I'm healthier than I've been in 3 years??? - folding occasional table
In December 2007, weighed 380 pounds, now I weigh 242 pounds. This is mainly due to a vegetarian diet (yes, the meat proteins and tofu eating Boka), changes in consumption of beer and hard liqour store G2 and energy drink on occasion and progress. Previously, folding clothes almost every day. I'm in the garden.
Basically, I will eat when hungry, drink water to fill to the sweat and manual labor in the sun is not up to 8 hours a day, 5 days per week. The other two days on foot to keep weight lifting, swimming, running, anything active.
I think I have more energy than I have in the past three years, and, failing that, a minor burn does not have any diseases. My doctor told me that the weight loss is a concern, but. This is the argument that the majority should not lose anyone, is 6 pounds per month. Bare in mind, it is also, after he said nothing medically wrong with me.
In short, you're crazy or am I?
